Shipping policy
We are a small, home-based business and appreciate your patience!
Territories
Shipping is currently available to addresses in the United States and Territories, Canadian provinces, and any country currently serviced by the US Postal Service or UPS Ground.
Limited inventory may be available to international addresses based on local regulations. International customers are also responsible for any additional duties or tariffs. We do not collect duties or taxes outside of the state of Ohio. Contact our Shipping Manager, Michele Szewczyk, at shipping@mustseed.org to discuss international shipping.
Customers in the state of Ohio will automatically be charged sales tax. If you are a non-profit in Ohio, please contact shipping@mustseed.org with your tax exempt number before placing your order. We cannot remove or refund sales tax once charged.
Fulfillment Time
Products in stock leave our facility within 1 week (5 business days), except for scheduled breaks (December 23 to January 3). Shipping days from USPS or UPS are in addition to our one week packaging time. Please plan accordingly!
Orders including products made-to-order can take up to 6 weeks for production before shipping.
6 Week Promise
We will ship all completed items by or before 6 weeks from your date of order. If we have to ship additional items completed after 6 weeks, there will be no additional postage cost to you.
Large orders may ship in multiple boxes as materials are completed. If you want some items shipped sooner than others, please call or email. We can also quote shipping for partial packages sent as materials are complete.

We will notify you by email when your shipment is sent, and if your shipment will be delayed for any reason.
Shipping Options
We offer domestic shipping in the United States through UPS and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). The best price usually depends on the weight of the materials.
For assistance tracking your package, contact UPS or USPS directly (or your local postal service for international orders). Use your tracking number from your shipping notification email.
Please open your package(s) and inspect immediately. If there was any damage during shipping, you may be eligible for an insurance claim on UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail up to $200.
International shipping: Many of our international customers plan ahead to ship to a U.S. address during travel, keeping in mind our potential 6-week production time. If you ship internationally, please note that your package will likely be delivered by your local postal service. They occasionally hold packages for inspection or charge local duties or tariffs on international shipments. Please contact your local postal service for questions about delivery times, customs inspections, or tariff estimates.
Scheduled shipping breaks
We take a break from shipping every year between December 23 (or the last Friday before Christmas) to January 3 (or the 1st Monday in January). Any orders received after December 20 will ship starting in January (or February for made-to-order items).
