Refund policy
Satisfaction Guarantee: We will refund your products for any reason if you contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we receive the returned item within 30 days.

Returns
Unless otherwise noted, our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately at shipping@mustseed.org upon opening your package if there are any concerns with your product. Indicate if you would prefer an exchange or a refund; additional shipping charges may apply for an exchange. If your item was damaged in shipment, we can help you submit an insurance claim if you contact us immediately.
You have 30 days for us to receive your return (allowances will be made for international customers). If you contact us more than 14 days since we shipped your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Gift cards
Downloadable documents
Sale items, including bundles
To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Materials that are finished or with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for store credit. Refunds are only issued for the cost of the product, and do not include any tax or shipping charges.
We are a small, home-based business and appreciate your patience!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you still have not received your refund yet after 1 week (5 business days), please contact our Shipping Manager at shipping@mustseed.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale (discount) items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
When contacting us, please indicate if you would prefer a refund or an exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply for an exchange. If indicated on the product page, some items are eligible for replacement after 14 days if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to our Shipping Manager at shipping@mustseed.org.

You may be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for exchanges. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, in which case you may forfeit your refund.
